Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of the KleePay platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and card services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
KleePay lets you create virtual cards funded from a digital asset balance and attach spending rules to them, such as limits, merchant permissions, schedules, and approvals. Cards operate only within the rules you configure.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the rules you configure on your cards. The service may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Funding and spending
Your balance is available for spending once funding settles. Transactions that fall outside your configured rules are declined. You can freeze cards, change rules, or withdraw remaining balance at any time, subject to settlement and compliance checks.
Acceptable use
You may not use KleePay to violate any law, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that present security or compliance risks.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KleePay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in advance, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
